At Dekixteez, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase or received a product with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help make things right.

Return Procedure

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

For other returns or exchanges, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate the process.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • You can start the return process through our website or by emailing us directly at contact.dekixteez@gmail.com.

Note: Personalized, custom, and final-sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent.

For defective or damaged items outside the 30-day return window, we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution, such as repair or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Refunds apply only to regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.


Shipping Information

To initiate a return for an item not as described, please email contact.dekixteez@gmail.com for instructions.
Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please ensure that your item is securely packaged and includes the original invoice.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
