Shipping Overview

At Dekixteez, all of our products are proudly made in the USA and processed and shipped Monday through Saturday.
Please note that some items may be produced and shipped separately depending on availability or production location.


Estimated Delivery Schedule

Production Time

  • Standard apparel: Ships within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom handmade items, embroidery, and all-over sublimation: May take 5–10 business days for production.

Shipping Time

Within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 4–8 business days

International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 14–20 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 7–15 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey online in real time.


Multiple Orders

Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined into a single shipment. Each order will be processed and shipped separately.


Shipping to Different Addresses

We’re unable to split one order for delivery to multiple addresses.
If you’d like to ship items to more than one location, please place separate orders for each address.


Changing Your Shipping Address

You may request a shipping address change within 4 hours of placing your order.
After this window, changes cannot be made.
If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.dekixteez@gmail.com.


Customs Fees & Delays (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees, determined by your country’s customs office.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause unexpected delays beyond our control.
For more details, please check with your local Customs office.
